Key Responsibilities: - Sales Generation: - Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities. - Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the value proposition of our offerings. - Collaborate with the sales team to devise and execute sales strategies for meeting revenue targets. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Client Relationship Management (Senior Associate Only): - Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions. - Provide top-notch customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns. - Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - Market Analysis (Senior Associate Only): - Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Perform market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and target markets. - Gather customer feedback and market insights to aid in product and service enhancements. - Sales Administration: - Maintain accurate and updated sales records, including customer profiles and pipeline management. - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance sales effectiveness. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of proven experience in sales or business development for an Associate, and 4-6 years for a Senior Associate, preferably in a B2B environment. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively close deals. - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and adept at working in a fast-paced sales environment. - Exceptional interpersonal skills for fostering long-term client relationships.
