Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Attendant based in Aurangabad. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for engaging with customers to provide information about products, assisting with purchases, maintaining the store's organized appearance, and processing sales transactions. Additionally, the role involves addressing customer queries, managing inventory, and supporting the sales team in achieving targeted goals. Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service skills and an ability to work proactively in a fast-paced retail environment. Qualifications • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively assist and engage with clients. • Good sales and communication skills, along with the ability to promote products persuasively. • Basic math, inventory management, and transaction processing abilities. • Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting. • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service will be advantageous. • Ability to be proactive, dependable, and a strong team player. • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional training or certification in retail or customer service is a plus. • Proficiency in local languages and working knowledge of English is preferred.
