The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing effective sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align strategies, delivering training on sales practices, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications • Strong Communication and effective Customer Service skills • Proven Sales abilities with a focus on relationship building and performance • Experience in Training and providing guidance to team members • Expertise in Sales Management and strategy implementation • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) • Familiarity with US recruitment processes and P&C insurance industry knowledge is a plus
