Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development professional based in Aurangabad. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and fostering strong customer relationships. The selected candidate will contribute to promoting VGeotech’s services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the satisfaction of existing and new clients. Additionally, they will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to help drive business growth. Qualifications: • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions • Effective Communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue business opportunities • Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients • Proven ability to meet sales targets and collaborate within a team environment • Knowledge of the civil engineering or geotechnical industry is a significant advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
