Job Title: Sales & Business Development Intern Department: Sales Duration: 3 Months Location: Work from home Internship Overview: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Intern who is eager to learn practical sales strategies and contribute to revenue growth. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to lead generation, client pitching, and deal closures. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in generating leads through calls, emails, and networking • Connect with potential clients and explain company products/services • Support the sales team in closing deals • Maintain follow-up records and update sales data • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding • Achieve assigned sales targets Eligibility Criteria: • Pursuing or completed Graduation (BBA/MBA preferred) • Good communication and persuasion skills • Confident and target-oriented mindset • Basic understanding of sales/marketing concepts Stipend & Incentive Structure: • Fixed Stipend: 5k per month • Performance-Based Incentive: 5% of the total sales value • The 5% incentive will be paid as a bonus once the payment is successfully received from the client.
