Sales & Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for our range of consumer electronics products, including LED TVs, Geysers, Fans, Coolers, and Washing Machines. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. - Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners (distributors, retailers, dealers). - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Negotiate and close deals with channel partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. - Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives (if applicable). - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and support. - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
