Join us in powering the next phase of growth in the renewable and power transformer sector. š About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales / Business Development Manager to spearhead sales of Inverter Duty Transformers (IDTs) and Solar Transformers across domestic -India Market predominantly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformer or renewable energy sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals. š Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities for IDT and Solar Transformers (domestic & international markets). - Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. - Build strong relationships with EPCs, solar developers, utilities, OEMs, and private clients. - Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. - Prepare and deliver technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations. - Coordinate with Design, Production, and Service teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. - Represent KRYFS at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events. - Maintain updated sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data. š Requirements - B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred). - 8ā12 years of experience in transformer, power, or renewable energy sales. - Strong understanding of Inverter Duty Transformers, Distribution Transformers, and Solar Power applications. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong network with EPCs, solar developers, and utilities. - Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions. š” Why Join Us - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Work with one of Indiaās fastest-growing companies in the renewable and power sector. - Be part of a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented work culture. š Ready to power the future?Send your resume to [insert email address] with the subject line: āApplication ā Sales/BD Manager (IDT & Solar Transformers)ā
