Sales & Business Development Manager – Polycarbonate & PVC Sheets Location: Greater Noida, India Industry Focus: PEB, Structural Consultants, Architects, OEMs, Building & Roofing Contractors Company Overview: Founded in 1963, Palram Industries is a global leader in the manufacture of semi-finished extruded thermoplastic sheets, panel systems, and finished products. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the Greater Noida region. This role will focus on developing business within our core customer segments—Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), structural consultants, architects, OEMs, and building/roofing contractors—through proactive relationship building, market development, and strategic sales execution. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region and customer segments. - Build strong, long-term relationships with PEB companies, architects, consultants, OEMs, and contractors. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. - Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and report progress to management. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven track record in sales and business development (3–7 years preferred). - Experience in building materials, thermoplastics, roofing solutions, or construction products is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of B2B sales within the construction and architectural ecosystem. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
