Key Responsibilities: · Develop and expand B2B partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and travel companies across India · Promote Sri Lanka luxury tours, bespoke Sri Lanka holiday packages, and customized itineraries to the Indian outbound market · Drive sales growth and increase market share for Sri Lanka travel products · Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing travel partners · Identify and onboard new travel agents and business partners · Conduct sales meetings, presentations, webinars, and training sessions for travel agents · Represent Exemplary Voyages at travel trade shows, networking events, and roadshows in India · Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor insights Mandatory Requirements: · Must be based in India · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outbound travel sales · Proven experience in selling Sri Lanka as a travel destination · Strong existing network with Indian travel agents and tour operators · Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills · Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently · Strong understanding of the Indian outbound luxury and leisure travel market What We Offer: · Opportunity to represent a growing luxury Sri Lanka destination specialist · Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives · Flexible work structure based in India · Long-term career growth opportunities · Familiarization trips to Sri Lanka and product training.
