Qualifications: • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and provide exceptional support. • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to develop strategies, generate leads, and execute sales plans. • Experience in Training to mentor and guide team members for improving performance and achieving targets. • A proactive attitude with excellent organizational and time management capabilities. • Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
