About the job

This role is ideal for travel professionals who already have experience working with outbound travel from India to Sri Lanka and possess strong relationships within the Indian travel trade. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and expand B2B partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and travel companies across India · Promote Sri Lanka luxury tours, bespoke Sri Lanka holiday packages, and customized itineraries to the Indian outbound market · Drive sales growth and increase market share for Sri Lanka travel products · Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing travel partners · Identify and onboard new travel agents and business partners · Conduct sales meetings, presentations, webinars, and training sessions for travel agents · Represent Exemplary Voyages at travel trade shows, networking events, and roadshows in India · Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor insights
