Position Overview Unified Mentor is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the team as Sales and Business Development Trainees. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting student enrollment, generating leads, and developing partnerships with educational institutions and potential clients. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Student Guidance and Enrollment - You will interact with prospective students to explain available courses and programs. 2. Lead Generation and Outreach - You will identify potential leads through networking, digital platforms, and referrals. 3. Partnership Development - You will assist in building and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and training centers. 4. Sales Presentations and Conversions - You will conduct presentations or demos. 5. Relationship Management - You will maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. 6. Market Awareness - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. Qualifications and Experience 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Student Counseling is preferred but not mandatory. 3.
