I’m helping Accord Globals find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Sales / Business Development – US Staffing (Direct Clients). You'll drive revenue, build lasting client relationships, and shape the future of talent acquisition. What makes you a strong candidate: • You are proficient in Zoho CRM, Sales, Operations automation, HubSpot, Candidate relationship management (CRM). • You have the potential to develop in Staffing. • English - Conversational Responsibilities and more: Role Objective Convert qualified decision-maker leads generated by Research Analysts into: Positive responses Discovery calls / meetings Client onboarding & active hiring pipelines This role owns relationship-building, outreach quality, follow-ups, and revenue conversion. Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Client Engagement • Work on qualified prospect lists shared by the Research Team • Run structured outreach via: o Email sequences o LinkedIn messaging o Calling (where applicable) • Personalize outreach based on: o Industry o Hiring trend signals o Decision-maker role • Initiate conversations to identify: o Hiring needs o Pain points o Budget & timelines Lead Conversion & Pipeline Ownership • Convert leads into: o Positive replies o Intro calls / discovery meetings o Qualified opportunities • Ask discovery-driven questions related to: o Skill demand o Volume hiring o Past vendor experience • Warm-handoff qualified clients to: o Recruitment team o Delivery / Account Management Follow-Ups & Relationship Nurturing • Maintain structured follow-ups & cadence • Build long-term relationships with: o HR / TA / Procurement / Hiring Managers • Reactivate dormant or aging leads • Share updates, capability decks, & case studies CRM, Tracking & Collaboration • Update CRM with: o Conversations o Status changes o Meeting outcomes • Work closely with Research Analysts to: o Improve lead quality o Share feedback on conversion rates • Work with Recruitment Team to align: o Open positions o Candidate pipelines Performance Expectations (Minimum Benchmarks) • 40–60 meaningful conversations/week • 10–12 positive responses/week • 4–6 qualified meetings/week • Pipeline hygiene & accurate CRM updates (Incentives apply only beyond minimum benchmarks) Skills & Traits We’re Looking For • Strong written & spoken English • Confident, value-driven communicator • Prior B2B or staffing-related sales experience • Comfortable with tools like: o LinkedIn o Email automation o CRMs (HubSpot / Zoho / Apollo etc.) • High ownership, persistence & professionalism Preferred (Not Mandatory) • Experience selling US staffing / recruitment services • Exposure to US time-zone communication • Track record of meeting targets • Understanding of staffing delivery workflows Compensation • Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience) • Incentives: Based on o Meetings scheduled o Opportunities converted o Revenue contribution • Weekly performance reviews Growth Path Progress into: • Senior BD / Client Partner • Account Manager – Delivery & Growth • Sales Strategy & Leadership Roles This role is revenue-driven, high-ownership, and impact-focused.
