Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for the position of Sales CEO at IJM Star. The Sales CEO will manage and oversee strategic operations, lead sales initiatives, and work collaboratively to develop business and operational plans. This role requires ensuring profitability, optimizing business performance, and driving growth by building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the Sales CEO will take a leadership role in managing a dynamic team and aligning organizational goals with market trends. Qualifications • Expertise in Sales and Business Planning to drive revenue growth and achieve targets. • Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Operations Management to optimize processes and implement growth strategies. • Strong knowledge and experience in Finance to effectively manage budgets and financial performance. • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to lead teams and build strong client relationships. • Proven ability to identify market opportunities and deliver customer-focused solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
