The Sales / Closing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing. Daily responsibilities include overseeing property sales activity, assisting clients through the home buying and mortgage process, coordinating with financial institutions for loan approvals and funding, and ensuring all closings are managed efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications • Expertise in Closings and Funding processes • Proven skills and experience in Sales and client relationship management • Understanding of Loans and Mortgage Lending practices • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field • Previous managerial or leadership experience in sales or a related domain is preferred • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software is an advantage
