Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant at our Shreenath Kia showroom, based in Malad West location near Inorbit mall. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting clients through the vehicle purchasing process. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting potential customers, responding to inquiries, showcasing Kia vehicles and features, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves achieving sales targets and contributing to overall dealership performance. Qualifications • Excellent Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service abilities to ensure positive experiences and build long-term relationships • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively convey product features and address client concerns • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment and work effectively both on-site and remotely • Knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly Kia vehicles, is an advantage • Prior sales experience in the automotive sector is preferred • Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent professional experience is desirable
