The Role Join LATI-LOXIM as a Sales Coordinator! You’ll make sure our sales process runs smoothly, connect customers, internal teams, and our LATI colleagues in Italy, and keep everything organized and on track. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, coordinating across teams, and seeing real results from their work. Key Responsibilities • Be the main point of coordination between customers, internal teams, and LATI teams in Italy • Take responsibility for the full sales process, including quotations, pricing approvals, order processing, dispatch, invoicing, and payment follow-up • Work closely with LATI teams for technical inputs, product development, approvals, trials, and documentation • Prepare, track, and follow up on quotations, pricing approvals, commercial terms, samples, trials, and customer evaluations • Anticipate potential gaps or risks in execution and work with teams to resolve them early and smoothly • Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and executed as committed, with proactive tracking of order status, dispatches, invoicing, and payments • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency at every stage • Maintain accurate sales data, order trackers, and MIS, and support forecasting, periodic reviews, and management reporting • Support new customer onboarding, long-term relationship stability, and continuous improvement in coordination efficiency and customer experience Skills and Knowledge • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to connect with different teams and customers effectively • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks at once • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, compliance, and innovation intersect?
