Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jotana for a Sales Coordinator Dispatch Executive. The role involves managing and coordinating sales orders, assisting the sales team with customer interactions, and ensuring smooth communication flow between departments. Duties include processing sales documentation, supporting dispatch operations, and addressing customer inquiries efficiently. The Sales Coordinator Dispatch Executive will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of sales targets by maintaining organized operations and fostering client satisfaction. Qualifications • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes • Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and maintain high customer satisfaction • Excellent Communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and internal teams • Experience in Sales and understanding of sales workflows is essential • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Proficiency in office software tools and ERP systems is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
