We provide targeted programs including: • Autism Therapy: Social skills, behavior shaping, sensory regulation, and daily-living skill development. • Speech & Language Therapy: Improving speech clarity, vocabulary, sentence formation, and overall communication. • Mental & Cognitive Exercises: Activities designed to build attention, memory, problem-solving, emotional understanding, and self-control. Role Description Job Description: Mool Therapy is looking for a compassionate and result-oriented Sales / Counselling Executive to guide parents of special children and help them understand our therapy programs. The role involves counselling, enrollment support, and relationship building with parents. Key Responsibilities: • Counsel parents regarding Autism Therapy, Speech Therapy, and related services • Explain therapy plans, benefits, and progress expectations clearly • Convert inquiries into enrollments with ethical counselling • Maintain follow-ups, client records, and coordination with therapy team • Support parents emotionally and professionally during decision-making • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets Preferred Candidate Profile: • Background in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Education, or related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Empathetic, patient, and child-focused approach • Basic knowledge of child development or willingness to learn • Sales or counselling experience is an advantage (freshers can apply) Work Environment: • Purpose-driven and learning-focused environment • Direct impact on children’s development and parents’ relief
