Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales cum Service Engineer in the digital printing industry, based in Surat, India. The Sales cum Service Engineer will be responsible for selling and promoting advanced digital printing Inks, spare parts, Digital Printing Machines, performing on-site installation, servicing and maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional customer support. The role includes managing client relationships, offering technical training, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Technical skills in equipment servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance • Sales and customer relationship management experience • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Proven experience in the digital printing or related industries is a strong advantage • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Relevant technical education or certification such as a diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field • Willingness to work on-site in Delhi with occasional travel
