Our Inside Sales Team plays a key role in connecting with homeowners and booking appointments for our partner agents. What You’ll Be Doing (Don’t worry, we train you on everything!) • Making outbound calls to homeowners in the U.S. • Using simple scripts to understand their selling timeline & interest • Booking appointments for our partner real estate agents • Following up with prospects via calls, voicemail, SMS • Updating notes in our CRM (HubSpot or similar) • Learning objection handling, sales psychology & communication techniques • Growing into a professional SDR / Inside Sales role within 3–6 months Who This Role is Perfect For • Fresh graduates (any stream) excited to start a career in sales • People who want exposure to U.S. customers & international markets • Candidates who are confident speakers with a clear, neutral English tone • Fast learners who want structured growth and professional training • Ambitious individuals who want a high-performance, incentive-driven environment No prior sales experience required — we train you.
