If you thrive in 0→1 environments, take full ownership, and don’t wait for instructions—read on. What You’ll Own (End-to-End) This is not a narrow SDR role. You will own the entire revenue motion, including: Lead generation (cold email, LinkedIn, outbound, inbound follow-ups) Prospecting B2B SaaS companies (founders, HR heads, TA leaders) Discovery & qualification calls Product/demo pitches Objection handling & deal closure CRM hygiene, follow-ups, and pipeline ownership No handholding. No silos. You run your book of business. Who We’re Looking For Must-haves: 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales Strong preference for HRTech / Recruitment Tech / PeopleTech Experience selling to founders, HR, or TA leaders Excellent spoken & written communication (English) Comfortable working remotely and independently Has worked in early-stage startups or chaotic environments Disciplined, humble, and extremely execution-focused Mindset fit matters more than logos.
