About the job

Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Development & Vendor Outreach Associate responsible for two core activities: 1️⃣ Outbound outreach to construction companies to introduce Estimatter and schedule demos. 2️⃣ Vendor outreach to collect product catalogs, technical documentation, drawings, 3D models, and pricing data to expand the Estimatter product database. Your role is to create qualified opportunities and expand our vendor/product ecosystem. Once a contractor agrees to a demo, the discussion will be handed over to the founders for product walkthrough and closing. Key Responsibilities 1. Contractor Outreach (Lead Generation) • Call and reach out to construction companies from a provided prospect list • Identify relevant stakeholders such as: • Directors • Estimation Managers • Project Managers • Procurement Heads • Briefly introduce Estimatter and generate interest for a product demo • Schedule demo calls with the Estimatter team 2. Vendor Outreach (Data Acquisition) • Reach out to manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers to collect: • Product catalogs • Technical datasheets • Installation manuals • Drawings (CAD / BIM / PDFs) • 3D models • Pricing lists • Product specifications These will be used to build the Estimatter product database. Monthly Performance Metrics (KPIs) Performance will be evaluated using measurable targets. Outreach Activity • 1,200+ outbound calls per month • (~60 calls per day) • 600+ outreach messages/emails per month Sales Pipeline Generation • 40+ qualified contractor conversations per month • 15–20 product demos scheduled per month Vendor Acquisition • 25+ vendors contacted per month • 10+ vendors successfully onboarded per month Product Data Acquisition • 300+ products added to the database per month • 20+ complete product technical packages collected per month (catalog + datasheet + drawings + pricing) Additional Performance Metrics To ensure continuous improvement, the following metrics will also be tracked: Lead Response Tracking • Maintain 100% logging of outreach activity in CRM Follow-up Discipline • Minimum 3 follow-ups per warm lead Vendor Relationship Building • Maintain active communication with at least 20 vendors Data Quality • Ensure 95% completeness of collected product data Market Intelligence • Provide weekly insights on contractor and vendor feedback Required Skills Communication • Confident and clear phone communication • Ability to explain a new product in under 60 seconds Persistence • Comfortable making high volumes of outreach calls Organization • Ability to track leads, responses, and follow-ups Information Gathering • Ability to collect structured information from vendors Preferred Background Experience in: • B2B telecalling • Lead generation • Inside sales • Vendor sourcing • Construction material sales • SaaS sales Experience in the construction industry is helpful but not required. Education • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory. • Communication ability, discipline, and consistency matter more. Ideal Candidate Someone who: • Is comfortable making 50–70 calls daily • Is organized with follow-ups and lead tracking • Can speak confidently with contractors and vendors • Is motivated by performance-based targets
