Key Responsibilities: - Create and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Drive business growth through new project launches, direct sales, and channel partnerships. - Monitor market trends and competition to enhance sales strategies. - Lead, mentor, and motivate sales managers and executives for optimal performance. - Utilize KPIs, training programs, and performance reviews to enhance team outcomes. - Cultivate strong relationships with NRIs, HNIs, institutional investors, and corporate clients. - Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to align objectives. - Ensure seamless sales processes, track pipelines, and facilitate timely deal closures. - Manage pricing, discounts, and contract negotiations. - Provide regular performance updates to senior management. - Represent the company at expos, investor meetings, and client events. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - 12-16 years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. - Thorough understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market (both residential & commercial). - Proven track record in leading and inspiring large sales teams. - Proficient in negotiation, networking, and relationship-building. - Comfortable handling high-value deals in high-pressure environments. - Tech-savvy with expertise in CRM systems, digital tools, and analytics.
