🚀 We’re Hiring | Sales & Distribution Head – Maharashtra & Gujarat Product: SEBI Registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) We are looking to onboard an experienced Sales & Distribution Head to lead fund-raising and investor relationships across Maharashtra and Gujarat for our Category III AIF platform. • Key Responsibilities* • Drive capital raising from HNI, UHNI, Family Offices ...  & Entrepreneurs • Build and scale a strong regional investor & distributor network • Execute sales strategies aligned with fund objectives and market dynamics • Manage relationships with wealth managers, MFDs, RIAs, private banks & family offices • Lead investor meetings, presentations & roadshows • Work closely with investment, compliance & marketing teams • Track fund-raising pipeline, closures & report to leadership • Represent the firm at industry events and investor forums • Mandatory Experience* • 8+ years in sales & distribution • Strong exposure to Alternatives / CAT I–III AIFs / PMS / PE / Hedge strategies • Proven track record of raising capital in high-ticket products • Established relationships with HNI / UHNI / Family Offices / Entrepreneurs • Deep understanding of Maharashtra & Gujarat wealth ecosystem • Strong communication, negotiation & relationship skills • Preferred Candidate* • Existing investor book & active distributor network • Experience with proprietary fund sales • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to scale a region independently • High integrity and strong compliance orientation • What We Offer* • Opportunity to work with a focused, performance-driven CAT III AIF • High-visibility role with direct leadership interaction • Competitive fixed + performance-linked incentives • Long-term wealth creation opportunity with a growing platform 📩 Interested candidates may share their CV at Sanil@wealthyvia.com 🔁 If this isn’t for you, please refer professionals in your network who may be open to senior roles in alternatives. #Hiring #AIF #Alternatives #WealthManagement #FamilyOffice #HNI #UHNI #PrivateWealth #AssetManagement #Leadership
