Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Division role located in Navi Mumbai. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing sales activities, seeking out new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will also provide excellent customer service, conduct sales presentations, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless sales process. Additionally, the role will involve assisting in training and mentoring team members in sales strategies and practices. Qualifications: • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs. • Proven experience in Sales and ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. • Skills in Sales Management and team collaboration to guide and motivate the team toward achieving goals. • Experience providing Training and coaching in sales strategies and operations. • Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and adapt to a dynamic work environment. • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools, as well as basic computer applications. • Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
