Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Employee based in Noida. The responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing customer relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role involves achieving sales targets, handling inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining a professional rapport with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Regular reporting and market analysis to identify new opportunities will also be part of the daily tasks. Qualifications • Excellent communication, persuasive, and interpersonal skills • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and techniques • Ability to assess client needs, provide tailored solutions, and manage client concerns • Proactive approach and the ability to manage time effectively in a target-driven environment • Analytical thinking and market research skills • Relevant experience in sales, business development, or customer service • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
