The Sales Employee will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable energy solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, preparing sales proposals, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities. The role requires proactive communication, excellent customer service, and active participation in team meetings and strategies. Qualifications • Strong skills in customer relationship management, active communication, and negotiation • Sales planning, lead generation, and ability to close deals effectively • Basic understanding of renewable energy products and services (preferred but not required) • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work collaboratively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools • Previous sales experience, especially in the energy or technology industry, is considered a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
