Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across heavy industries such as steel, power, oil & gas, paper & pulp, hydro, and heavy engineering. Meet prospective clients, understand their technical requirements, and propose suitable thermal spray/coating solutions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Negotiate pricing, scope of services, delivery timelines, and close sales/service contracts. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify repeat business, refurbishment, up-selling, and long-term service opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, quality, and operations) to ensure feasibility and timely delivery. Track sales leads, client interactions, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry opportunities. Required Skills Technical knowledge of coatings, surface preparation, tools, and equipment Strong client coordination and communication skills Safety and compliance awareness Problem-solving and decision-making ability B2B industrial sales and negotiation skills Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Industrial Engineering (preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or industrial sales Experience in selling industrial services or engineering solutions is an advantage Ability to interact with engineering, procurement, and maintenance teams Proficient in MS Word, Excel, email, and proposal preparation Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience) Performance-based incentives / commission in addition to fixed salary Exposure to high-value industrial sales and technical learning Long-term growth opportunity in a reputed industrial organization Work Details Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Travel: Yes (Pan India) Gender: Male (Preferred) Marital Status: Any How to Apply 📧 Email your CV to: hr@atspl.co 📌 Subject Line: Application for Sales Engineer – Pan India More about this Senior Sales Engineer job
