About the Role We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Engineer to support tool and solution sales across India and select South Asian countries. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. An engineering background is mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities • Build, manage, and track the sales pipeline end to end • Develop and execute sales strategies without paid social media spending • Create awareness and drive adoption of Systems Engineering and MBSE tools • Engage with enterprise customers across Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Railways, Defence, and Government sectors • Coordinate with internal teams and global stakeholders for presales and delivery support • Represent the organization at industry forums, exhibitions, and conferences • Prepare and deliver value-based presentations and product demonstrations • Prepare proposals, reports, and required sales documentation • Ensure professional and proactive communication from lead stage to proposal and order closure Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (preferred) • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle • Minimum 5 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in relevant sales roles • Prior experience in selling engineering tools or technical solutions is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong coordination, planning, and organizational abilities • Comfortable working with CRM systems and productivity tools • Willingness to learn new tools and processes (training will be provided) • Open to frequent travel across India and South Asia • Base location: Pune Apply- pooja.d@hiringwingsconsultancy.com/ 7756869688
