Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Engineer position is based in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process, acting as a key liaison between the sales and technical teams. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer requirements, presenting technical solutions, delivering product demonstrations, assisting with the implementation process, and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to understand technical requirements and provide effective solutions. • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, present solutions, and address their needs. • Experience in Sales with the ability to support sales teams during pitches and close deals efficiently. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a customer-first attitude. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in SaaS tools or experience with billing platforms is a must. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer pain points.
