We’re Hiring | Sales Engineer (Technical Sales) 🚀 Are you passionate about technology, customer engagement, and closing deals? Join our growing team and work with a diverse range of analytical and scientific instruments across industries. Role: Sales Engineer Reporting Office: Mumbai Experience: 1–9 Years Location: Delhi, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad What You’ll Do Drive end-to-end sales execution across our complete product portfolio Build strong pipelines through lead generation, field promotion, and customer engagement Develop deep understanding of instruments, applications, operations, and software Conduct technical discussions to identify customer needs and propose solutions Close regular orders independently and support project-based sales with managers Maintain accurate reporting, MIS, and 3-month rolling sales forecasts Track competitors and strategically convert competitor accounts Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution and growth opportunities Ensure timely communication, offers, and follow-ups with customers Education: B.E. / B.Tech – ECE / EIE / EEE B.Sc. / M.Sc. – Microbiology (based on product specialization) Experience: 1 to 9 years of relevant experience in technical / B2B sales Skills That Matter Strong logical reasoning and solution-oriented selling Excellent communication and customer-handling skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work & Travel Field-intensive role with travel up to 200 km (Bike / Bus / Train) What We Offer Competitive salary (hike on last drawn salary – no cap for the right candidate) Allowances + Performance Variables PF, ESIC, Group Insurance & Accidental Insurance 1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays Off Interested candidates can share resume at careers@shreedhargroup.com
