About the job
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in: • Plant automation • Machine automation • Special purpose machines (SPM) • Visit industrial customers to understand automation requirements • Coordinate with technical and design teams to develop automation solutions • Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals • Handle product lines such as: • PLC, HMI, SCADA • Servo drives, VFDs • Sensors, safety devices • Control panels and automation software • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and order finalization • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals • Maintain customer relationships and handle repeat business • Track inquiries, quotations, and orders through CRM / ERP • Coordinate with project execution and service teams for smooth delivery • Market study, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection Skills & Competencies • Strong understanding of industrial automation concepts • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to understand customer applications and convert them into solutions • Basic knowledge of PLCs, drives, control panels, and industrial networking • Willingness to travel to customer sites and plants
