We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive international sales for our IT services. Key Responsibilities • Generate leads and build ICP lists across India, UAE, USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and Asia • Identify ideal prospects (Founders, CTOs, VPs, Product Heads) • Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email prospecting • Qualify leads based on budget, need, and timelines • Handle complete sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → proposal → closing • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs • Present IT services (custom development, dedicated teams, DevOps, cloud, AI/ML) • Maintain a strong pipeline of 40 to 60 prospects Required Skills • Proven experience in international IT sales • Strong communication & negotiation skills • Experience with outbound sales and cold calling • Ability to handle global clients independently • Knowledge of software development, digital solutions, and IT services How to Apply Share your resume at hr@weare86.com or apply directly through Linkedln.
