Core Responsibilities Lead Generation • Identify and qualify potential buyers in the oil ... & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors through calls, emails, networking, and industry events. Customer Engagement • Develop strong, long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering customized component solutions. Product Demonstration & Technical Discussions • Present and explain product features, specifications, and applications related to oil & gas components. • Coordinate with technical teams to address customer-specific requirements. Sales & Negotiation • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Customer Service • Provide support before and after sales, resolve queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Record-Keeping • Maintain detailed customer information, enquiries, and sales activities using CRM tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with production, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order execution and accurate customer communication. Market Analysis • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to refine sales strategies. Key Skills & Qualifications • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships • Self-motivated and target-driven approach • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Technical understanding of industrial components (experience in oil & gas sector preferred) • Job is in Lonavala, and stay will be provided
