About the Role: Are you passionate about the travel and hospitality industry? Celestial Hostings is looking for a creative-minded Sales Executive to help hotels and resorts elevate their digital presence. You will be selling a comprehensive "Growth Suite" designed to help properties increase bookings and look stunning online. We welcome freshers who are energetic, well-spoken, and have an eye for great aesthetics! What You Will Be Selling: 1. Hotel Websites: Custom-built, high-conversion websites for resorts and boutique hotels. 2. Visual Storytelling: Professional Hotel Photoshoots and Cinematic Video production. 3. Google 360 Virtual Tours: Helping properties stand out on Google Maps with immersive 360° photoshoots. 4. OTA Consultancy: Expert guidance on managing and optimizing listings on platforms like Booking.com, Agoda, and MakeMyTrip. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reach out to hotel owners, resort managers, and homestay hosts across India. 2. Present our creative packages as a way to increase their Direct Bookings and brand value. 3. Coordinate between the client and our creative team for scheduled shoots and project delivery. 4. Stay updated on travel industry trends and OTA algorithm changes. What We Are Looking For: 1. Aesthetics: An understanding of what makes a hotel look good (lighting, angles, and professional presentation). 2. Communication: Exceptional pitching skills in English and Hindi; ability to talk to high-end property owners. 3. Sales Drive: A "closer" mindset with a focus on building long-term partnerships with the hospitality sector. 4.
