Role Overview We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics sales. The role focuses on acquiring importers and exporters and offering them complete logistics solutions — from freight to clearance. Key Responsibilities • Acquire new clients in import-export ecosystem (manufacturers, traders, sourcing firms) • Sell services including: Freight forwarding (Air & Sea) Customs clearance Transportation • Build strong relationships with importers/exporters and logistics decision-makers • Understand client requirements and offer tailored logistics solutions • Coordinate with operations team for seamless execution • Negotiate pricing and close profitable deals • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements • 3–5 years experience in freight forwarding / CHA / logistics sales • Strong network with importers/exporters • Good understanding of: Incoterms (FOB, CIF, FCA, etc.) Customs clearance process Freight Forwarding • Proven track record in business development • Excellent communication & negotiation skills • Self-driven and target-oriented Preferred • Experience in commodities like metals, chemicals, machinery • Familiarity with ports like JNPT / Mundra / Mumbai Why Join Us • Work with a fast-growing logistics company • Strong operational support to close deals • Exposure to high-volume clients and real business impact • Performance-driven incentives
