Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals. • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline. • Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Lead high-level negotiations and close complex deals. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on customer needs. • Provide accurate sales forecasting and report regularly on pipeline and performance metrics. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. • Mentor and support junior sales representatives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). • 5–10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic role. • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-starter with high energy and an entrepreneurial mindset. • Ability to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience selling in [insert industry – e.g., SaaS, healthcare, finance]. • Existing network of industry contacts and potential clients. • Data-driven with an analytical approach to sales and forecasting.
