Role Overview: You are an energetic and dynamic Female Sales Executive joining a leading pharmaceutical organization in Jaipur. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through pharmaceutical marketing, territory development, and relationship building with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Execute territory planning, salesforce activities, and business development initiatives in assigned areas. - Promote and generate prescriptions for products in Cardio-Diabetic, Nephrology, Nutraceutical, and GP/CP segments. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, and hospital staff. - Implement Go-to-Market (GTM) and Joint Territory Business (JTB) strategies effectively. - Conduct morning and evening field calls to maximize reach and coverage. - Ensure brand visibility and consistent sales performance. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc. / B.Pharma preferred). - Experience: 02 years in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Sales, or Business Development. - Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. - Other Requirements: - Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. - Presentable, confident, and target-oriented personality. - Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales dynamics.
