Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive position with an on-site working model, based in Jhansi. The Sales Executive will be tasked with identifying potential customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. The role also involves presenting product demonstrations and fostering long-term partnerships. Qualifications • Proficient in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation • Strong abilities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Account Management • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills • Experience with Market Research and Lead Generation • Ability to meet sales goals, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools/software • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology sector.
