About the job
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in MEP contracting, including commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers. • Promote company MEP services such as HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems. • Prepare and submit sales proposals, tenders, quotations, and pre-qualification documents in coordination with the estimation and engineering teams. • Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to understand customer requirements. • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements within approved margins. • Track sales leads, opportunities, and project pipelines; maintain accurate CRM records. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects. • Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth project handover after contract award. • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
