This is a FULL TIME, FIELD-INTENSIVE ROLE that requires complete availability and daily travel within Kolkata. ✔️ Graduation Completed Mandatory (B.Com / BBA / MBA) ✔️ Must NOT Be Pursuing Any Further Studies (MBA, CA, competitive exams, certifications, etc.) ✔️ Working on Saturdays & Sundays is Mandatory (Weekday off provided) ✔️ Kolkata Candidates Only ✔️ Daily Field Travel Required If you are currently studying or planning to study alongside the job, this role is not suitable. Role Overview This is an entry-level, field-based sales role for fresh graduates who are serious about building a long-term career in real estate. The role involves: • Preparing and presenting structured property proposals • Meeting prospective clients and understanding their requirements • Conducting property site visits with clarity and confidence • Maintaining disciplined follow-ups to convert serious leads • Coordinating with marketing and back-office teams • Maintaining accurate client records and reporting sales activity This position demands confidence, strong communication skills, consistency in follow-ups, and comfort with daily fieldwork across Kolkata. Growth in this role is performance-driven and based on discipline, effort, and results.
