Profile : Sales Role Overview : As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales expanding our customer base and enhancing brand visibility. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions from our extensive product range. Key Responsibilities : Client Acquisition : Identify and approach potential clients through various channels including online platforms exhibitions and direct outreach. Product Presentation : Conduct product demonstrations showcasing the unique features and benefits of our ethnic wear collections. Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets contributing to the companys growth objectives. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends competitor offerings and customer preferences to effectively position our products. Order Management : Oversee the order process from inquiry to delivery ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve service offerings. Skills : Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of ethnic wear trends and customer preferences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Languages : Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
