Role Description 1. Responsible for visit & generate sales through retail counter / Distributor. 2. Do market visit and prepare sales strategy according to it. 3. Prepare data according to seniors requirement and daily reporting to him. Qualifications • Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills • Ability to understand market trends and develop relevant Sales Strategies • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer relationship management • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with teams • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; a Master's degree is an advantage • Experience in the dairy industry is preferred
