Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at SS Motors, located in Coimbatore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, understanding their two-wheeler requirements, and providing suitable product recommendations. The role involves explaining vehicle features, arranging test rides, negotiating sales, processing documentation, and achieving monthly sales targets. It also includes maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting showroom operations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom. • Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options. • Conduct test rides and product demonstrations. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain the customer database and follow up on leads. • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO processes. • Handle exchange inquiries and promotional activities. • Ensure proper vehicle display and showroom presentation. • Build long-term relationships with customers. Qualifications • Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers. • Customer service skills, including empathy and the ability to address inquiries patiently. • Knowledge of automobiles, features, specifications, and market trends is a strong advantage. • Experience working in a sales environment, preferably in the automobile industry. • Proficiency in maintaining records and preparing sales reports. • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment. • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage. • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of the local language(s) is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates based in Coimbatore.
