Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Pindra, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential sales opportunities and building strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and promoting Suba Group of Hotels’ offerings. Responsibilities also include effectively communicating the brand’s value, conducting market analysis to identify trends, and preparing sales reports to track performance. Qualifications • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Networking abilities • Knowledge of Hospitality Sales and Market Analysis • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving; ability to meet and exceed sales goals • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software • Ability to work on-site and effectively collaborate with team members • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
