Location: Noida Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: ₹5–8 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives) Work Model: 5 Days a Week | Full-time About the Role We are hiring dynamic and ambitious Sales Executives for one of our premium EdTech clients, a fast-growing organization delivering high-impact learning solutions to corporate enterprises. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident communicators, skilled negotiators, and passionate about building meaningful relationships with business leaders and decision-makers. In this role, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities and selling corporate training solutions to organizations across industries. Prior experience in the training or L&D industry is not required—we provide comprehensive product and process training after hire. If you are a smart sales professional with excellent English communication skills and the ability to influence decision-makers, this opportunity offers strong career growth and attractive incentives. Key Responsibilities- • Identify and generate new business opportunities with corporate clients. • Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and calls. • Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, L&D heads, and decision-makers. • Present and pitch corporate training programs and learning solutions. • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training solutions. • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM. • Work closely with the training team to ensure smooth project execution. • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Required Skills- • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. • Confidence in speaking with senior corporate professionals. • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships. • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills. • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset. • Good understanding of LinkedIn outreach and B2B sales. Eligibility Criteria- • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, consulting sales, or service sales. • MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also be considered. • Experience selling services or solutions will be an advantage.
