Sales Executive

About the job

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive specializing in lead generation for our on-site team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time role where you will identify potential clients, generate and qualify leads, and actively engage prospects to promote Yessor's products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include building strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their requirements, pitching tailored solutions, and working towards meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will also contribute to sales strategies and maintain an updated database of leads and communications. Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in Lead Generation techniques, Customer Prospecting, and Sales Outreach • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills • Ability to analyze and understand client needs and recommend solutions • Experience in CRM tools and maintaining a comprehensive customer database • Time Management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and sales targets • Knowledge of industries such as pharmaceuticals, aerospace, electronics, and related fields is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage
