Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Agra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client inquiries, generating leads, and fostering customer relationships. The role also involves negotiating contracts, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, and driving customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management - Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills - Ability to conduct Market Research and identify new business opportunities - Knowledge of Real Estate Market Dynamics and Trends - Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related software - Proactive approach with the ability to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred - Fluency in English; additional local languages are advantageous
