Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients for our digital marketing services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our services, and converting leads into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and online research • Reach out to potential clients and introduce the company’s digital marketing services • Pitch services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Paid Advertising • Convert leads into paying clients and generate revenue for the agency • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable marketing solutions • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution • Maintain proper records of leads, deals, and sales pipeline Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in sales (digital marketing agency preferred) • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Ability to handle client meetings and sales pitches • Target-oriented mindset with focus on revenue generation • Basic understanding of digital marketing services • Self-motivated and result-driven Skills Required Sales & Lead Generation Client Relationship Management Communication & Negotiation Presentation Skills Understanding of Digital Marketing Services Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Paid sick time • Provident Fund Work Location: In person Mail at - hr@devoutgrowth.com
